Once we receive your order it may take up to 1 working day to process and ship your item. Orders placed before 2PM (GMT), will be shipped by Royal Mail's tracked delivery immediately.
Purchases made after 2PM (GMT) will be sent the next working day ie if your order is processed after 2PM on a Friday, it will be shipped on the Monday.

So for whatever the reason you're not happy with your purchase, contact Support@tempusfaire.com with your order number and we shall start processing the refund immediately.
All you have to do is print off your order confirmation/invoice and attach it to the return.
There are no special rules. To qualify for your refund, the returned item(s) must be unworn and in a new condition. It must also contain the original box and booklets. You have up to 60 days from when you purchased the item to claim a full refund.
We do not offer refunds for gift wrapping since we're unable to return this to stock.
We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but delays can sometimes occur with your bank.
